The name Gerv’s is inspired by my wife’s birth name Gervaise — a name with French roots and a rustic charm. Our legacy in hospitality spans generations, beginning with my grandmother Brenda Gerace, who managed some of Sri Lanka’s most iconic hotels decades ago.
